ATTENDING BOARD MEETINGS
- The Board of The Overlook Property Owners' Association (POA) meets routinely, and welcomes all property owners and residents to official Board meetings excluding Executive Sessions.
- Notices of Board meetings are sent in advance to all property owners via email.
- For a current listing of Board members, contact Inframark at 512/820-5297, www.inframarkims.com, As well, current Board members’ names are usually listed on informational emails sent to property owners.
- If a property owner or resident is interested in attending a Board meeting, he/she should contact a Board member in writing in advance and an agenda will be distributed. Open forum discussion time will be included on the Board agenda, allowing each property owner or resident three (3) minutes to make comments or ask questions.
